In June 2017 “ERTI” successfully implemented its first project in cooperation with “Domus Development” Construction Company.
The foundation pit of an apartment building was reinforced.

Strengthening works of the foundation pit in a multi-apartment residential building. This project in cooperation with "Ocean Capital” Construction Company, 2017, was successfully completed in June, 2017.

“ERTI” and “Domus” continue to cooperate; the foundation of the second phase of the joint project was implemented at Tamarashvili Street in Tbilisi.

“ERTI” in cooperation with “Unix Development” worked on the project for underground works and the reinforcement of the foundation pit for the new residential building at Mukhiani Street.

The ongoing works in Gudiashvili Street 1 are carried out with minimal noise and vibration disturbance, which ensures the protection and safety of the nearby cultural heritage monument – Shalva Amiranashvili House of Georgian Art Museum.
